Terms of Use and Sale
These terms govern use of siftedliving.com and any purchase accepted by SIFTED Living.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. Website content may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
Listings and condition
Many objects offered by SIFTED Living are vintage, pre-owned, or one of a kind. Age-related wear and variations may be present. Listings will identify known condition details and distinguish established facts from possibilities. Please review all descriptions and photographs and request additional information before purchasing.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order or purchase request does not guarantee acceptance. An order becomes binding only after SIFTED Living confirms acceptance and payment. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise. The total price shown before payment will include applicable taxes and the disclosed charges for required outbound shipping, handling, delivery, and insurance.
Authenticity and attribution
Statements about maker, age, materials, origin, provenance, or attribution are based on the information and evidence reasonably available when a listing is published. Any uncertainty will be identified where known. No appraisal, investment, or future-value guarantee is provided.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping and return terms are provided in the Shipping & Returns Policy and any item-specific terms shown before payment. Those terms form part of the sale.
Website availability
We may correct errors, update content, withdraw items, or suspend website features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Liability and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, SIFTED Living is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. The updated date above identifies the latest version. Questions may be sent to hello@siftedliving.com.
