Submitting this request does not automatically approve a return or refund. Retain the item in its current condition together with the shipping container, packaging, labels, wrapping, components, accessories, documents, and all contents. Do not repair, clean, restore, refinish, resize, disassemble, modify, substitute, return, or reship anything until SIFTED Living provides written instructions. If a return is approved, you must use only the trackable and insured return label supplied by SIFTED Living; do not arrange independent return shipping.
